By scheduling a service with Fresh Day Cleaning Services, customers provide consent to receive SMS (text) messages related to their cleaning appointment.

Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, arrival notifications, and other service-related information. Message frequency varies by appointment.

Consent to receive SMS messages is collected verbally during the booking process, either over the phone or in person.

Fresh Day Cleaning Services does not send marketing or promotional text messages and does not share phone numbers with third parties for messaging purposes.

Customers may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
